Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on governance, policies and constitutional matters.

  • Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements and organisational risks.

  • Support regulatory compliance and good governance practices.

  • Advise on conflicts of interest, Board procedures and decision-making.

  • Promote transparency, accountability and ethical leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

A background in law, corporate governance, compliance, risk management or not-for-profit administration is highly desirable.
