One of the challenges for community organisations is finding and developing future leaders, so that the organisation can continue to grow and flourish long after the time has come for the current leadership to move on.

This webinar will explore succession planning, including how to set up a plan, how and where to find future leaders and ensuring that your succession planning takes into account the diversity of the world around you and the ever-changing demographics you aim to serve.

Registrations must be paid prior to the event. 50% of the registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 working days prior to the event; NO REFUND is available where notice of cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the event. Substitution of attendees is allowed. Written notice is required for cancellations and substitutions. It is not possible to transfer registration between events.
