Your Constitution or Articles of Association are designed to spell out in clear terms the rules of your organisation, just so everybody knows what the boundaries are. But it?s important that your organisation shapes the rules ? not that the rules shape your organisation. This workshop will allow you to critically examine your Constitution and decide where to draw the lines.
