Time. It's the scarce resource that every overworked not-for-profit board member wants more of.

Yet most of us are still meeting monthly, often after hours and for way too long (and a month later, chasing and relying on minutes that don't tell us what we need to know!)

It doesn't have to be like this. We owe it to our organisations (and our bursting schedules) to find a better way.

For our part, we're ready to provide some solutions and invite you to join our expert trainers for an interactive workshop on running better meetings and taking better minutes.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how to:

Prepare yourself, and your papers, before you meet
Structure agendas that guide and support decision-making
Write better minutes, that comply with the law
Save time and brain-power!

Cost:

$145 per person (including GST and afternoon tea) -OR-

$175 per person (including GST and afternoon tea and an advance order for our new hardcopy title, The Minutes Handbook, available for collection at the workshop.)

Bookings, Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Registrations must be paid no later than 10 working days prior to the event. Cancellation notice of more than 10 working days prior to the event is 50% refundable. Cancellation notice of less than 10 working days prior to the event, NO REFUND - Substitution of attendees is allowed. Written notice is required for cancellations and substitutions. No transfers between events.

Payment Options: Cheque / Money Order, Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card
