The 2019 conference will be held at the Moonee Valley Racecourse, McPherson Street, Moonee Ponds (map) Melbourne from Monday May 20 to Tuesday May 21.

Bookings, Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

Registration fees must be paid no later than 10 working days prior to the event. 50% of fees paid are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received more than 10 working days prior to the event; NO REFUND is available where notice of cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the event.

We are unable to sell tickets for single days of this conference. No split tickets are available, nor is ticket sharing permitted. While we would like to be able to offer split tickets, we are unable to service the logistic, catering and safety implications split-ticketing necessitates for an event of this scale.

If you are no longer able to attend the event, you can send a substitution in your place. Written notice is required for such substitution. Substitutions apply to both days of the conference and may not be used to split tickets between two people.

It is not possible to transfer registration between events or years.
