Whistleblowing Legislation Review

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is about to publish guidance to help charities and not-for-profits to comply with new legislation on whistleblowing that comes into force on 1 January 2020.

If you're confused about what the whistleblowing changes mean for your organisation, help is at hand. The Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA) has teamed up with Your Call to offer a webinar designed to help not-for-profits to understand ASIC's guidance, which is due out in mid November.

Registrations must be paid no later than 10 working days prior to the event. 50% of the registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 working days prior to the event; NO REFUND is available where notice of cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the event. Substitution of attendees is allowed. Written notice is required for cancellations and substitutions. It is not possible to transfer registration between events.
