Dealing with Conflict

We all dream of living in a perfect world where everyone is on the same page and everything runs swimmingly. That?s not realistic.

The truth is that conflict can arise in any situation (and it?s not always a bad thing). Having a plan in place to help guide your board or organisation through the conflict will help you minimise the impact.

This course will explore:

Shared culture and approach
Inclusive decision-making
Causes and effects of conflicts
Resolving conflicts within the board
Resolving conflicts with external mediation.

Substitution of attendees is allowed. Written notice is required for cancellations and substitutions. It is not possible to transfer registration between events.
