There is nothing more corrosive to an organisation than frequent, unhealthy, unresolved conflict. Most conflict can be avoided if all parties know how to negotiate. In this practical session you?ll learn some strategies for CLMs to avoid and deal with conflict, be given some tools for preparing for negotiation, and through a number of simulations and role plays, practice putting your knowledge into practice Please note: Interactive Workshops are limited to 15 registrations / attendees
